I recorded this video a few months ago and I think it is good to share on a Life Coaching website such as Kind Coaching, because there are some lessons here that could be useful to a lot of people.
In this brief video I build on something that Don Norman, the father of design thinking, suggests about designers rising high so that they can be in decision making positions. I add that one ought to create methods to remember where one came from, as all systems try to incorporate people within the logic of the system.
